Professional training & choreography

With an extensive history of skill and experience in personal training, pole dance and choreography, Girlfriend has trained 1000's of novice and professional pole dancers since the year 2000.

Students receiving training have included amateurs who have gone on to compete in and win local pole dancing competitions as well as dancers who have competed in national pole dancing competitions, ranking in the top 3 within Queensland, and placed within the top 2 in Australia.

The successes accomplished at state and national levels are a testament to the level of professional training and coaching that Girlfriend provides its students.

Private one-on-one training lessons

Singles sessions:
Block of 10 (10 x 1 hour private pole lessons) $450
Block of 5 (5 x 1 hour private pole lessons) $275 or $250 (for exotic dancers currently working in the industry)
Singles 1 x 1 hour lesson $65

Doubles sessions:
Block of 10 (10 x 1 hour private pole lessons for you and a friend) $600
Block of 5 (5 x 1 hour private pole lessons for you and a friend) $350
Doubles 1 x 1 hour lesson $90

Advanced-elite level tricks, professional choreographing/performance training:
1hr lesson (up to 3 attendees per lesson) $120

These sessions are designed for dancers who want to achieve the following:

increase earning potential by polishing performance/stage skills
complete the package of makeup, presentation and costuming
learn choreographed routines
compete professionally in either fitness or exotic pole competitions.

We help you reach the pinnacle of professional performance through combining key aspects of your show, such as performance, choreographing, stage presence and presentation/costuming.

Invoices are given to dancers upon request – lessons are a tax deduction.
